The School

This excellent schools group with campuses in various parts of China and Hong Kong and founded in 1932 have more recently used their expertise to set up new schools for Chinese Nationals to enjoy the same excellent international education opportunities. The Guangzhou school opened in 2014 to much fanfare looking to increase its student numbers rapidly with this groups solid reputation. The schools are committed to educate the whole person from infancy through secondary education. Living and Working in Guangzhou

The School is located to the North of the City of Guangzhou. Known as a very green city, Guangzhou has been voted one of the most live-able in China. It is close enough to Hong Kong and Macau for wonderful weekends away and has its own large expatriate community with all of the activities to match the typical expat lifestyle.

School Requirements

• You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualifying experience
• UK experience is desirable, but not essential.
• You should have an inquiry based approach to your teaching and an ability to work well within a variety of cultures.
• Previous experience of working with EAL (Students with English as their second language) is highly desirable).
• You will need to be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life, willing to contribute to the continuing development of this great school.
