Senior Air Quality Consultant - Remote

Penguin Recruitment is currently supporting one of the leading international engineering consultancies in their search for an experienced Senior Air Quality Consultant. You'll be working closely with high-profile infrastructure clients whilst working alongside some industry experts in an inclusive and growing team where professional development can thrive!

You'll liaise with a variety of internal teams including noise, carbon, sustainability, ecology, GIS and other environmental consulting teams. The project portfolio currently includes highways, rail, development sectors and strategic linear infrastructure projects, amongst others.

This role has the flexibility to be remote but should you wish to visit an office, my client has them across the UK.

Requirements:

• My client is seeking a motivated and reliable individual who has demonstrable experience working in a UK based consultancy.
• Knowledge of air quality modelling software's such as ADMS-Roads and AERMOD
• Experience in project management.
• Wide knowledge of UK air quality legislation and guidance.

You'll play a key role in delivering technical services including ambient air quality assessments, air quality modelling, indoor air quality assessments, emissions calculations, EIA's and mentoring of junior staff members. You should also expect to assist your senior team members by getting involved in team management duties.
