The PMO plays an “activist” role across Future of Finance initiatives including Target Operating Model, Global Systems, Global Processes, Procurement, Data & Analytics, Tax, etc by providing governance and structure. There will be opportunities to collaborate with a broad stakeholder group like Finance Leadership, Future of Finance Lead, Strategic Program Leads, and other leaders across WTW, such as the Transformation Management Office.

The Finance function serves both internal and external customers: colleagues within our company, client organizations, shareholders, financial institutions, suppliers, and regulatory agencies around the world. The role can be remote and located anywhere. The role is expected to frequently work US Eastern Time and attend some in-office meetings. Preference for candidates in São Paulo, Brazil, Philadelphia, USA, or Ipswich UK area.
